DESCRIPTION:This will be the virtual meeting of Disrepair Improvement Group which is taking place on Thursday 14 May 2026 between 10am – 12pm. \nThis session will be led and chaired by Tristan Hemsley\, specialist in HHSRS\, Damp and Mould\, Awaab’s Law and Building Safety and will include the following speakers: \n\nDanny Bird\, Repairs Consultant and Interim Assistant Director of Regulated Delivery at Aster Group\, will be providing an update on Awaab’s Law 6 months on from the law coming into force\, an overview of Phase 2 of the legislation and the importance of proactive risk management for landlords.\nTashaun Blake\, Disrepair and Damp & Mould lead\, will be sharing actionable insights from his personal experiences of the differing and evolving approaches to Disrepair by Councils and housing associations.\nNaoise Webster\, Property Litigation Solicitor at Winckworth Sherwood\, will be speaking about the emerging trends and challenges in Disrepair Claims due to the impact of Awaab’s Law\, in particular the increasing use of injunctions.\nAndrew Thompson is a Strategic Sales Account Manager at Resideo\, helping property managers boost efficiency and enhance resident comfort through Honeywell Home–powered security\, water detection and climate control solutions.\n\nAttendance is usually exclusive to AMIP members. However\, as this is the first of four sessions in the relaunched DIG programme\, we are opening up this session to the sector free of charge. Given the importance of the best-practice insights being shared\, we want to ensure as many organisations as possible can benefit from the discussions.

DESCRIPTION:Asset Management Improvement Partnership (AMIP) will be taking place at Fulham Pier\, the home of Fulham Football Club on Tuesday 2nd June 2026. \nThis AMIP session will explore the delivery of retrofit and decarbonisation programmes in practice. Topics will include Retrofit Credits\, funding pathways\, case studies and the challenges of high-risk and hard-to-retrofit buildings. The meeting will also look ahead to the future retrofit landscape\, highlighting key trends\, policy direction and what organisations need to do next. \nWe are pleased to confirm the following speakers and sessions: \n\nAntoine Pellet\, HACT will explore retrofit credits\, including how they work and the benefits they offer to suppliers\, clients and contractors in supporting decarbonisation at scale.\nBruce Benson\, Mulalley will present on delivering decarbonisation in non-traditional homes\, sharing lessons from Richmond Housing Partnership’s SHDF programme. This session will focus on the operational delivery of works across occupied homes\, including managing resident needs\, overcoming on-site challenges and maintaining quality\, safety and programme pace\, alongside the measurable outcomes achieved.\nRowena Claydon-Smith\, Abri and Ben Whiterod\, Guildmore will discuss their collaborative approach to retrofit delivery\, following their recognition as finalists in the Retrofit Partnership of the Year – Projects and Programmes category at The Retrofit Academy Awards 2026.\nJess John\, Pretium will provide insight into trends emerging from the Greener Futures Partnership (GFP)\, through which the Abri and Guildmore project was delivered. She will explore the role of the GFP framework which enables large-scale retrofit programmes to ensure that homes achieve at least an EPC Rating of C by the government target date of 2030.\nAmelia Adams and Pete Bailey\, LiveWest will share LiveWest’s decarbonisation journey\, covering retrofit and customer strategy\, procurement and delivery across multiple contractors\, operational implementation and the importance of audit and feedback loops in driving continuous improvement.\n\nLunch will be provided\, with the opportunity for delegates to take part in optional guided tours of Fulham FC’s newly developed Riverside Stand\, offering a behind-the-scenes look at one of London’s newest Premier League stadiums. \nEach AMIP member organisation may nominate up to two delegates to attend as part of their membership.
