Asset Management Improvement Partnership - 17.09.25

Asset Management Improvement Partnership (AMIP) will be taking place on Wednesday 17 September 2025 at the Royal Air Force Museum in London.

This event will explore the future of procurement, featuring expert-led sessions designed to support members through evolving legislation, innovation and social impact. Our speakers include:

  • Kieran McGaughey, procurement law expert, fresh from delivering the recent ‘Procurement Friday’ series will deliver the opening keynote on how to conduct an effective evaluation under the new Procurement Act.
  • Joey Barron, Project Manager at Echelon, will look at artificial intelligence in procurement.
  • Mark Cook, Partner at Anthony Collins Solicitors, will provide their expert analysis on social value in procurement, in light of the current consultation on public procurement reforms
  • Mathew Baxter and Sharon Hunt from Echelon will be presenting the newly launched Procurement Toolkit – a resource co-developed by Echelon Consultancy and Tpas designed to enhance tenant involvement, engagement and promote greater transparency in procurement decisions.

During the lunchtime period, delegates will receive a ‘behind the scenes’ talk from the Head of Events at the RAF Museum as well as have access to the museum which houses an Avro Lancaster ‘S-for-Sugar’ which flew 137 missions during the Second World War. This is an extraordinary amount as 20 missions was the average to be expected from a Lancaster. Also on display are the Fairey Battle, Handley-Page Halifax, Airspeed Oxford, Consolidated Liberator, Boeing B-17 Flying Fortress and a tail section of the Short Stirling.

The museum is located 10 minutes from Junction 4 of the M1 and 30 minutes from Central London by underground. Colindale Underground Station is nearby and served by the Edgware branch of the Northern Line.

Onsite free car parking is available.
