Wellbeing Programme

From April to July 2024, we ran a wellbeing programme for AMIP members facilitated by qualified and accredited executive/leadership coach Michelle Haycox.

Each session focused on a different theme and incorporated a wealth of shared knowledge delivered by selected specialist speakers, covering strategies, theories, concepts, practical tools for implementation and detailed and open topical group discussions:

Session One – Who Stole My Day?

Nick Howes, leadership coach and advisor, and Managing Director of LMI UK introduced concepts and practical tools to help individuals realise their true potential, such as establishing an effective goal setting system and prioritising effectively.

Session Two – Nutrition – Optimising Health and Energy

Wendy Hill, Naturopathic Nutritional Therapist, Nutrigenomics Practitioner, Health Coach and Yoga Instructor, covered how Nutritional Therapy can support overall health.

Session Three – How Do You Feel About Money?

Chartered Financial Planner Svenja Keller focused on financial wellbeing, good money habits and making informed decisions about money and life.

Session Four – EFT For Stress Management

Health practitioner Adrian Basford guided attendees through EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques), a practical mind / body self-help method.

Session Five – Resilience and Hope

Leadership coach Silje Howes introduced tools encouraging attendees to look at their lives and what matters to them, as well as asking the question: can we work on resilience ahead of time?

Session Six – Six Success Essentials

Leadership specialist Mark Tonks took attendees through a journey of self-belief, discussing the Six Success Essentials which enable individuals to believe and accept that they are capable of delivering the best possible results.
