Comedian Scott Bennett to perform at Echelon Conference

The Echelon Conference team is delighted to announce that Scott Bennett will be delivering the after-dinner entertainment at the Echelon Conference gala dinner, taking place at the Allianz Stadium on Thursday 8 October.

A familiar face on Mock the Week, Live at the Apollo and The Royal Variety Performance, Scott has become one of the UK’s most in-demand comedians, earning rave reviews from critics and fellow comics alike.

A previous winner of Best Act at the Comic’s Comic Awards, voted for by comedians and promoters in the industry, he has supported many household names on tour including, Rob Brydon, Jason Manford, John Bishop and Michael McIntyre and is now selling out huge venues all across the UK on his own stand-up tours.

Scott is a regular on BBC Radio 4’s The News Quiz, The Now Show, The Likely Dads and Elephant in the Room with Sarah Millican and has recorded two Radio 4 specials, the most recent of which was nominated for Best Comedy Show at the ARIA Awards.

He is a welcome addition to the agenda for the evening, which will be hosted by award-winning comedian, TV presenter, actor and writer Dave Bibby.

As well as three-course meal and entertainment, there will be a charity auction and raffle raising funds for  Echelon’s chosen charity Herts Young Homeless.
