Gala Dinner
The Echelon Conference will be followed by a drinks reception, sponsored by Mulalley, and gala dinner, sponsored by Ian Williams Ltd.
The evening will be hosted by award-winning comedian, actor, presenter and writer Dave Bibby. A regular on the UK comedy circuit, Dave has appeared on Channel 4’s Eye Spy alongside Stephen Fry, starred in Derren Brown’s The Push (now on Netflix), and was personally hired by Simon Cowell to prank Ant & Dec live on Britain’s Got Talent.
An evening of celebration
Guests can enjoy a glittering drinks reception sponsored by Mulalley in the stunning Rose Garden before sitting down to a three-course meal and gala dinner, sponsored by Ian Williams Ltd in the Rose Suite. For anyone that would like to continue the evening into the early hours, a private space has been booked in the on-site Radisson RED hotel from midnight.
You can view the full three-course dinner menu here. Please ensure any dietary requirements are provided by Friday 18 September. We need to receive all dietary information by this date so that the catering team can make the necessary arrangements ahead of the event.
As it is Echelon’s 21st birthday this year, there will also be a few surprises along the way!
Raising funds for Herts Young Homeless
We will also be raising vital funds through a raffle and auction for Echelon’s charity partner, Herts Young Homeless.
Herts Young Homeless provides vital services to help prevent youth homelessness through education, advice and support for young people and their families.
There will be a wide range of auction and raffle prizes on offer to suit all tastes, whether you’re a sports fan, a foodie or more of a spa day kind of person!
You don’t need to be attending the conference or gala dinner to take part in the raffle. So, please feel free to share the raffle with your friends, family and colleagues and help us raise as much as possible for Herts Young Homeless.
All raffle prizes will be posted or delivered to the winners after the event, so there’s no need to be there on the night to collect your prize.

Comedian – Scott Bennett
You’ve seen him on Mock the Week, Live at the Apollo and The Royal Variety Performance, now you can see Scott Bennett at the Echelon Conference 2026.
Scott has become one of the UK’s most in-demand comedians, earning rave reviews from critics and fellow comics alike and is a previous winner of Best Act at the Comic’s Comic Awards, voted for by comedians and promoters in the industry.
He has supported many household names on tour including, Rob Brydon, Jason Manford, John Bishop and Michael McIntyre and is now selling out huge venues all across the UK on his own stand-up tours.
Scott is a regular on BBC Radio 4’s The News Quiz, The Now Show, The Likely Dads and Elephant in the Room with Sarah Millican and has recorded two Radio 4 specials, the most recent of which was nominated for Best Comedy Show at the ARIA Awards.
