Membership Benefits

Membership of Asset Management Improvement Partnership (AMIP) is available to social housing landlords as well as service providers or contractors within the housing or construction industry.

Membership commences on 1 April each year and is for an entire organisation rather than specific person, team or department. Membership entitles any employee of the organisation to attend an event or meeting.

Standard Membership

  • Access to monthly Disrepair Improvement Group virtual meetings, with an uncapped delegate limit

  • Access to any new virtual sub-groups or training sessions which are being delivered, with an uncapped delegate limit

  • Access to any sub-group benchmarking data

  • Access to a dedicated members-only portal on the EIP website

Enhanced Membership

Everything included within the Standard Membership, plus:

  • Access to quarterly, CPD-certified, AMIP group meetings normally held at varying London venues, with a two-delegate limit

  • Access to any AMIP benchmarking data

  • One priority day delegate ticket to the annual Echelon Conference (Date and Location for 2024 to be revealed soon)
