Asset Management Improvement Partnership – 07.03.24

The first AMIP meeting of 2024 will be taking place at Mercedes-Benz World in Weybridge, Surrey on Thursday 7 March 2024 and is titled ‘Driving a positive people culture’.

The meeting will focus on employee wellbeing within the social housing sector where we will be considering the employee experience at work from a holistic view. For this meeting only, AMIP members can bring a third attendee, specifically someone who is in a resident-facing role, to benefit from the content being delivered.

During the lunchtime period, we will have exclusive access to F1 and AMG GT racing simulators, with a trophy available for the person with the fastest lap time.

Confirmed speakers at the session include:

• Dr Stephanie Fitzgerald, Chartered Clinical Psychologist and Neuropsychologist will delve into the realms of health, wellbeing, and happiness at work.
• Michelle Haycox from ELM Coaching will provide an insightful overview of the Wellbeing Programme launching by EIP in April 2024.
• Zoe Benjamin, winner of BIZ Women in STEM 2023 will address employee burnout and its implications on cyber security.
• Nick Howes, MD of LMI UK, will discuss enhancing communication and creating time/energy for work often sidelined by firefighting and crisis management.

The meeting will commence at 11am and all attendees must be registered no later than Tuesday 27th February 2024. The meeting will finish at 5pm.

There is a free car park for delegates or it is around a 25-minute walk from Weybridge Station to the venue. A shuttle service will be provided for delegates between Weybridge Station and Mercedes-Benz World between 10am – 11am and for return journeys between 5pm-6pm.
