Disrepair Improvement Group – Prevention & Remediation

The virtual meeting of Disrepair Improvement Group – Prevention and Remediation will be taking place on Thursday 16 November 2023.

We are pleased to announce that we will be joined by the Housing Ombudsman Service (HOS) at this meeting. The HOS will provide attendees with an overview of complaints in relation to findings from recent HOS determinations which specifically came about via disrepair claims or cases.

Attendees will also hear about the proposed Complaints Handling Code, with the HOS advising landlords how they can participate in the consultation process to give their views and feedback.
