Venue

The venue

  • Allianz Stadium, Twickenham, 200 Whitton Rd, Twickenham TW2 7BA
  • The conference, exhibition and catering will take place in the Rose Suite and Live Room
  • The drinks reception will be held in the British Airways Rose Garden
  • The dinner will be held in the Rose Suite

Accessing the venue

  • Private entrance can be accessed via the South Stand, off Whitton Road.
  • You must register at the reception desk and collect your name badge upon arrival

Getting to the venue

By Car:

From M25, exit at J12 onto M3. This becomes the A316, and Allianz Stadium, Twickenham, is off the Whitton Road roundabout next to the Lexus/Toyota car dealership.

From London, turn right off the A316 at Whitton Road roundabout.

If you drive anywhere within the ULEZ and your vehicle does not meet the emissions standards, you could face a daily charge of £12.50. If you’re unsure you can check here.

By Train:

  • Twickenham Rail Station – 10 min walk
  • Whitton Rail Station – 20 min walk
  • St Margaret’s Rail Station – 20 min walk
  • Richmond Rail & Tube – 8 min train
  • Hounslow East Tube – 30 min bus

Parking

Complimentary on-site parking is available for all delegates. Parking is available in the West car park, accessed via the main gate entrance on Rugby Road. Use TW1 1DZ, for sat nav and ///truth.towns.snaps for What 3 Words. Anyone parking must ensure that they register their vehicle to avoid parking charges. Attendees can pre-register for parking by scanning this QR code. We will also have this QR code printed and available on the day for anyone who hasn’t pre-registered.

Refreshments

A range of refreshments will be served throughout the event:

  • Hot breakfast baps upon arrival
  • Hydration station available throughout the day
  • Hot buffet served during lunch
  • Tea, coffee and biscuits available during breaks

For those guests also attending in the evening, there will be a range of beverages on offer at the drinks reception, followed by a three-course meal.

The Echelon Conference team must be advised of all dietary requirements and allergies via email – conference@echelonip.co.uk by Thursday 10th September 2026.

Accommodation

We have a number of reduced rate hotel rooms available at the onsite Radisson RED London Twickenham hotel for both Wednesday 7 and Thursday 8 October.These can be booked via here on a first-come, first-served basis. Wifi is available throughout the venue.

Notice of photography and filming

Throughout the Conference there will be photography/filming and both may be used for Echelon promotion and publicity on our website and social media. By your attendance at the conference, you acknowledge that you have been informed and that you may be photographed/filmed or asked to comment as part of the release promotional material. If you do not wish to be photographed/filmed as part of this event, you should inform Echelon staff immediately.
