Empty Homes Working Group – Session Three

This will be the third session of the Empty Homes Working Group named ‘Setting the Standards’.

This session will explore our current approach to lettable standards. Is it fit for purpose? What does a modern approach to void standards look like?

As part of this session, we will be looking at an anonymised analysis of what is and isn’t generally included in void standards as part of a best-practice discussion. We will also be hearing on the Empty Homes process from:
