Empty Homes Working Group – Session Two

This will be the second session of the Empty Homes Working Group named ‘The resident voice’.

The session will explore the benefits of involving residents in the development and scrutiny of void process.

We will hear about how stereotyping can impact the resident experience and look at how we can capture and use feedback to improve performance.
