The second session in the wellbeing programme is titled ‘Nutrition – Optimising Health and Energy’ and will be led by Wendy Hill. Wendy is a Naturopathic Nutritional Therapist, Nutrigenomics Practitioner, Health Coach and Yoga Instructor and supports clients to help them achieve their goals, by nourishing their body with the right food and lifestyle choices.
During this session, Wendy will look at how Nutritional Therapy can support overall health and discuss:

- How healthy are you really?
- Wheel of Life
- Five tips to a happy health life
