There’s no need to worry about receiving or printing a ticket! Your registration is handled electronically, so there’s nothing you need to bring with you on the day.
Simply head to the Live Room entrance when you arrive at the Allianz Stadium, where our team will finalise your digital registration and provide your name badge.
Very little! The venue is completely cashless, so there’s no need to bring cash for the bar, raffle or auction. Raffle tickets can be purchased online and you’ll also be able to place and pay for your auction bids online.
The drinks reception runs from 5.30pm to 7.30pm, with bottled beer, red and white wine, Prosecco and soft drinks available. Once seated, there’ll also be wine and water on the tables to enjoy alongside your three-course dinner followed – so you certainly won’t go thirsty!
If you’d like to take part in our £10 game, you can pay online in advance, or simply pop £10 into one of the envelopes provided on your table during the evening.
Please head to the Live Room entrance on Whitton Road at Allianz Stadium, Twickenham. This will be the main entrance and exit for the entire day, including both the conference and evening dinner.
On arrival, you’ll be able to register and collect your name badge. A secure cloakroom will also be in operation from 8am until midnight, so you can safely store your belongings while you enjoy the conference and evening celebrations.
The drinks reception runs from 5.30pm to 7.30pm, giving you plenty of time to relax, network and catch up with fellow delegates before dinner. During the reception, bottled beer, red or white wine, Prosecco and soft drinks will be available.
Dinner will begin promptly at 7.30pm, followed by an evening of great food, entertainment, networking and fundraising. The bar will remain open throughout the evening, with last orders at 11.30pm.

Absolutely! We appreciate that you may need to keep on top of work during the day, so we’ve made sure there is a dedicated space available.
A dedicated hotdesking space will be available throughout the day, giving delegates somewhere to catch up on emails, work between sessions or take a quick call without missing out on the conference.
There will also be two private Nooks available to book, providing a more secluded space for private meetings or important calls.
Delegates can arrive from 8am, with breakfast served from 9am. The conference starts at 10am and runs until 5.30pm.
The West car park will be available with free car parking for delegates.
Should the West car park reach full capacity, the North car park will be available as an overflow.
Anyone parking must ensure that they register their vehicle to avoid parking charges.
Attendees can pre-register for their free parking by scanning this QR code. We will also have the QR code printed and available on the day for anyone who fails to pre-register.

Please note: All dietary or allergen requirements must be provided by Friday 18th September. Unfortunately, we are not able to accommodate dietary requirements received after this deadline.
There is an on-site Radisson RED hotel at the Allianz Stadium, Twickenham. Please visit their website to book.
