Condensation Mould – Technical Training Workshop 16.05

Overview

This virtual training workshop is designed for those who already understand the causes of and remedies to condensation mould but are looking to expand their knowledge.

What are the learning outcomes?

This session will help you to create a roadmap to bespoke action plans as well as giving advice to residents whilst at a property. You will learn how to methodically assess environmental or condensation scenarios in relation to damp, mould and condensation as well as determine follow-on works. You will also be given advice on the best type of equipment when surveying and assessing properties.

Only the employees of social housing landlords who are members of Asset Management Improvement Partnership can attend this workshop.
