Empowering Wellness: EIP Launches New Wellbeing Group
How can we help employees manage stress, build resilience, and improve their wellbeing?
These are just a few of the questions we’ll be exploring in our new three-month programme for AMIP members, chaired by accredited executive coach Michelle Haycox.
Officially launched at our most recent AMIP meeting held at Mercedes-Benz World, Surrey on 7 March, it focuses on improving employee wellbeing holistically.
Michelle will be joined by six specially selected speakers who will explore the theories and tools required to improve our quality of life, with themes including goal setting, improving communication, nutrition, financial wellbeing, Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT) and building resilience, confidence and self-belief.
The online sessions are as follows:
- Thursday 18 April: ‘Who Stole My Day?’ with Nick Howes, Managing Director of LMI UK
- Tuesday 30 April: ‘Nutrition: Optimising Health and Energy’ with Wendy Hill, Nutritional Adviser
- Thursday 16 May: ‘How Do You Feel About Money?’ with Svenja Keller, Chartered Financial Planner and Multi-Accredited Coach
- Tuesday 11 June: ‘EFT for Stress Management’ with Adrian Basford, Holistic Therapist, Mental Health Course Provider, Trainer of Therapists and Public Speaker
- Thursday 20 June: ‘Resilience and Hope’ with Silje Howes – Leadership Coach and Motivational Speaker
- Tuesday 9 July: The Six Pillars of Personal Leadership with Mark Tonks, Leadership Specialist
Based on the exceptional feedback we received from attendees of our latest AMIP session on the speakers and programme content, we’re excited for our members to start benefitting from the course.
Attendance is uncapped for AMIP members.
